The admission process: Are you and EC a good "fit?"

Student performances are an integral part of EC's Asian WeekElizabethtown College uses a "rolling" admission process, with admitted international students being notified after your application has been completed.  At Elizabethtown, admission decisions are rendered after careful consideration of many different criteria.

We go to great lengths to know each international applicant personally so that educated conclusions about suitability can be made for both the College and the prospective international student.  Admission to Elizabethtown is competitive and selective, and applicants are chosen based on their past accomplishments and future promise.

The Elizabethtown College "Trinity of Fit" for Admission
Applicants are considered for academic fit, cocurricular fit, and social fit.  Our goal is to select a group of students from diverse backgrounds who will learn from each other as they share academic interests, talents, accomplishments, and future goals while celebrating their differences.  The diagram below provides some examples of criteria that may be considered in each area.
