Q. What should I do if I lost my 7 digit PIN?
Stop by the Business Office during our regular hours with your Elizabethtown College ID and we can tell you what it is or email JayNet directly at help@stcservices.com.

Q. How do I check my balance for unbilled phone calls?
Dial *731 from any student phone.

Q. What is a Parent Plus PIN?
This is a PIN that you may apply for. The charges will be billed directly to your parent(s).

Q. I am having trouble accessing my voicemail. What should I do?
Visit the JayNet website.

Q. Dialing *731 only gets me an automated menu. How do I speak to someone at JayNet directly?
Dial *730 from any student phone.

Q. My phone is not working. What should I do?
Contact Keith Marks by phone (x1130) or email.

Q. I don't remember my Meridian Mail password. What should I do?
Dial *730 and JayNet can reset it.

Q. My phone is not working. What should I do?

Q. Our department hired a new employee. How do we get them a new departmental PIN?
Call or email Brenda in the Business Office to obtain the PIN.

Q. I don't remember my Meridian Mail password. What should I do?
Dial (610) 434-9494 and JayNet can reset it.

Q. My name is displaying incorrectly on display phones. How can I correct this?
Call or email Brenda with the correct spelling of your name and she will make the necessary changes.

Q. I need to use my campus phone to make personal long distance phone calls. What should I do?
If this only occurs on rare occasions, stop by the Cashier's Window to pay for the calls plus tax. If you frequently need to use your campus phone for personal long distance phone calls, call or email Brenda in the Business Office to obtain a Personal PIN. She will need your social security number to request a Personal PIN for you. The charges for your Personal PIN will be billed to you directly each month and included on your miscellaneous monthly statement.
