Form Instructions:

Open the Copy Request Form and either print the form or save to your desktop.

Complete the Copy Services Request Form with all indicated fields. (Use your mouse to select the fields.) Incomplete orders may cause a delay.

Submit the form along with your copy job to copy@etown.edu.
