CREATING A PASSWORD

Dial 1200 
  1. At the prompts, enter your voice mailbox number (your voice mailbox number is the same as the last four digits of your phone number) followed by # key.
  2. Call Pilot will then ask for your password followed by the # key on the telephone keypad.
  3. The first time you access your voice mailbox, the password is the last four digits of your phone number.


CHANGING A PASSWORD
Your password prevents others from listening to your messages.

To change your password from the last four digits of your telephone number:

  1. Log in to Call Pilot, then press 84.

  2. The system will instruct you how to make the change.

  3. The password must be between four and 16 digits.
