Photo Copiers
A fleet of digital convenience copiers are provided in academic and administrative buildings throughout the campus.
Networked Copiers
In locations where copiers are networked, users can request to be connected by calling extension 1122.
Advantages of being networked include the ability to direct print, do back to back copies, staple, collate, etc. right from your desktop.
The quality of a print directly from your computer is superior to copying from an original placed on the glass of a copier.
Key Operators
To view a list of key operators, click here. Key Operators are responsible for ordering all copier supplies and for copier maintenance. Please see your key operator if supplies are needed or if there is a problem with a copier. For service call 1-800-538-7500.
Copier Service
The Phillips Group services all copiers. All calls placed with The Phillips Group Service Center will be responded to within four hours.
Copy Codes
Copy codes are provided for each department as well as for individual faculty members, clubs, and organizations. To inquire about an existing copy code, to request a new copy code, or if you need your copy code added to a convenience copier please call Copy Services at extension 1122.
