Turnaround Policy
For standard copy jobs during regular business hours the turnaround is under 48 hours. Jobs dropped off after 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day. Special jobs or larger jobs may require additional time to complete regardless of the time of year. There are certain times during the academic year that all jobs submitted may require additional time. During those peak busy times, the realistic turnaround may be 3 to 5 days. If there is any question about the turnaround time for your job, contact Copy Services. Please plan your job accordingly. The staff of Copy Services thanks you for your cooperation.
Some peak business times that might affect the turnaround time of your copy job are:

Two weeks prior to the beginning of the semester

2 to 4 weeks after the start of each semester

Homecoming week

4 to 6 weeks prior to graduation
