Dr. Staulters joins the College as assistant professor of education. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience over a wide range of educational levels – from teaching young children with disabilities to most recently serving as staff associate, instructor and supervisor of the Division of Special Education at The State University of New York at Albany. In addition to her academic experiences, Dr. Staulters also has served as a special education consultant for several school districts in New York. She has published and presented her research on education in several scholarly publications and at various conferences. She earned a bachelor's degree in primary and special education from Wheelock College, School of Education and a master's degree and doctorate in educational psychology from The State University of New York at Albany. |
