- Complete registration page
- Reason fingerprinted: Select College/University
- We recommend using your home address
- YOU MUST CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS
"I request a copy of the the report to be mailed to my address... - Print your Confirmation Page (You will need this number later)
- Payment There are two choices for payment - Credit Card or Money Order
If you pay by credit card (Go to Payment Tabs)
- Read Payment Instruction before you proceed
- Go to Pay Online (You are allowed to use your parent’s credit card if you don’t have your own card – with your parent’s permission)
- Or you can pay by phone - Call 1-888-439-2486 and select option 2
- Print (or write down) your Confirmation Number (You will need this number later)
- If you cannot pay by credit card, you can bring a Money Order when you go to the fingerprint site. NO Cash or Personal Checks are accepted.
- Fingerprinting (Go to www.pa.cogentid.com for location nearest you)
- Bring with you:
- Your Registration and Payment Confirmation Numbers
- A Photo ID – One or more of the following is allowable:
- Driver’s License
- College Issued ID
- US Passport
- US Active Duty/Reservist Military Card
- A Money Order for $38 if you did not pay online with a credit card
- Be sure you know your Social Security Number
- Try not to have any cuts on any of your fingers
- We need a copy in your file and you will need to present the original FBI clearance to the school district you are assigned to for field placement. KEEP ORIGINALS IN A SAFE PLACE!
