Health Insurance
All full-time students must have health insurance. Call your insurance company and ask if “Penn State Hershey Medical Group Elizabethtown” is a participating provider in their network. For more information about participating insurance plans, please call Hershey Medical Center Outpatient Pre-Arrival Services at (717) 531-1350.
Many family health insurance plans are accepted; however, if your plan is restrictive or doesn’t participate with Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center, you may consider purchasing supplemental insurance. The Elizabethtown College Student Health Plan offered by Bollinger Insurance is available without a co-pay requirement. No payment is required at the time of service.
You may elect to make a co-payment at the time of receiving services or simply request to have this amount billed directly to your parent’s home.
