NCHC 2005
Eight student and faculty representatives from the Honors Program attended the National Collegiate Honors Council Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, in October 2005.
Mutia Adimosa '07, Katie Heberlein '07, and Dr. Tom Hagan made a presentation on "FDA Advisory Committee Meetings and Mock Congressional Hearings: Two Gateways for Exploration and Discovery" at the three-day conference.
Nathan Matias '06 presented "Nurturing Independent Scholarship in Honors."
Valerie Reed '07 presented "The Lord Who Had Come to Renew Society: The Drowned Sailor in Eliot's The Wasteland and Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway."
Dr. Mead, Jessica Hoagland '07 and Anna Kent '06 also attended the conference.
