Human Resources Staff


The Human Resources staff is located on the second floor of Alpha Hall and is available to answer your questions weekdays during the academic year between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Nancy E. Florey

As the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, Nancy's primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws, developing and maintaining personnel policies and procedures, benefit and payroll programs, providing employee training, and handling any complaints of unfair treatment, sexual harassment or discrimination. Nancy also serves as the College's Affirmative Action Officer and handles requests for Tuition Remission. She can be reached at (717) 361-1406 if you need her assistance.

Dee's responsibilities cover all areas of the student and employee payroll process including time cards, compliance with Federal, State, and local tax ordinances, W-2's, and non-resident alien compliance. She is also coordinator for the College TimeTrak time and attendance recording system. Dee is very familiar with wage and salary laws and policies followed by the College. Lisa is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources office.  She answers your questions, receives and logs all applications, completes employment verifications, and provides excellent customer service.  She is responsible for maintaining all of the Human Resources forms and documentation.  Lisa is happy to assist you with any of your Human Resources questions.  You can reach her at (717) 361-1406.

Brenda is responsible for administering and payment of the College's benefits programs such as medical, dental, life, and disability. She also coordinates and tracks flex spending accounts for employees and processes the necessary paperwork for employees at the time of their exit interview. Brenda has the massive task of benefit open enrollment each year, including benefit coordination for the College's retirees. She works closely with Nancy on surveys throughout the year. Brenda also has responsibility for new employee orientations, the processing of annual salary letters and tracking TIAA deductions for employee retirement accounts. Cheri is responsible for the College’s time and attendance recording system, TIME TRAK; student employment forms; direct deposit statements; and staff W-4 and Local Income Tax forms. Stacey is responsible for recruitment advertising, employment letters, job description maintenance, and supervision of the Human Resources student workers. She also maintains the Human Resources web page. Coordinating the worker's compensation process and ensuring all claims are handled promptly and thoroughly is another area of responsibility. Stacey is also responsible for safety programs at the College, including accident investigation, inspections, policy development, etc. She is the chair of the certified safety committee.
