What is E-fit?
E-fit is a fitness series developed by the Office of Student Activities in partnership with E-Town Fitness Club. This series is designed to Challenge you to dedicate time and energy to improving your fitness, as well as providing many options to obtain your optimal level of fitness -- the Choice is yours. Attendance is FREE, so Commit today!
BODYPUMPtm (a Les Mills Program)
Time: Mondays at 7:30pmPlace: E-Town Fitness Club
This program is a toning and conditioning class with weights. It's perfect for both males and females who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes it a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. E-Town Fitness Club will provide the weights, but students may want to bring water and a towel.
Cardio-Kickboxing
Time: Tuesdays at 7:30pmPlace: Fitness Studio in Royer Basement
Cardio-Kickboxing is a full body workout that includes specific punches and kicks to strengthen your upper and lower body. Furthermore, some people find cardio-kickboxiing to be a great way to release stress. No equipment is necessary but students may want to bring water and a towel. The Fitness Studio has an exterior entrance on the Dell side of Royer Hall.
