During the meeting, Kevin Hahn ('07) was honored with a RiSE-Up award for his research, "Potential Benefits of Face-to-Face Groups in Same-Sex Sexuality Exploration". The RiSE-Up award is given for work that focuses on socially and economically under-represented populations. Kevin was the only undergraduate to receive this award in 2007.

Of course, no conference would be complete without a department-sponsored dinner with students and faculty. After a long day at the APS conference, Kevin Hahn, Zach Miller, Gorana Draguljic, Kelly Jones, and Janet Richards (clockwise) enjoy a dinner with Dr. Smith, Dr. Teske and Dr. Lemely(not pictured).
