Matt Fritz, assistant professor of music and director of choirs
Fritz earned a doctor of musical arts in conducting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a master of music in choral conducting from Florida State University and a bachelor of music in education from the Westminster Choir College. He has been an active clinician, adjudicator, conductor and performer in Florida, the Midwest, Pennsylvania and Norway.
Fritz has given presentations for the International Society for the Study of European Ideas, the Florida Music Educator’s Association and the American Choral Director’s Association on topics ranging from historical interest to technology utilization. In addition, he is an active member of the American Choral Director’s Association, the Pennsylvania Music Educator’s Association and the Music Educator’s National Conference.
