Elizabethtown College Fine and Performing Arts to showcase performers from three divisions
ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Elizabethtown College’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts will showcase performances from its three divisions – music, fine art and theatre – during an end-of-year event at 11 a.m., April 30, in Leffler Chapel and Performance Center. The annual event is open to the public free of charge.
This year’s edition will include jazzy arrangements for flutes and saxophones, as well as selections from the Concert Choir, just back from a successful tour to the Northeast. Students from the fine art and theatre divisions will also be featured.
Located in southeastern Pennsylvania, Elizabethtown offers its 1900 students more than 50 academic programs in the liberal arts, sciences and professional studies. Driven by its motto to “Educate for Service,” Elizabethtown centers learning in strong relationships, links classroom instruction with experiential learning, emphasizes international and cross-cultural perspectives and nurtures the capacity for lives of purpose.
