Elizabethtown College K9 Club to hold annual Halloween parade, costume contest
ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Elizabethtown College’s K9 Club will hold its annual Pet Halloween Parade and costume contest from noon to 3 p.m., Oct. 27. The event will begin on the terrace of Baugher Student Center, with the parade then proceeding through Elizabethtown. Prizes will be awarded for the cutest, scariest and best overall costume.
