Our Mission is to provide leadership for the College in interpreting all academic policies and ensuring that all academic policies are applied consistently and fairly to all students. In addition, we are committed to maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of all academic records. In doing so, we follow the policy and recommendations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
The Registration and Records Office strives to provide the highest level of service to all of our constituents, most especially our students, but also to faculty, staff, and the external community.
Specific activities of our office include:
- Maintaining permanent academic records of all officially enrolled students
- Preparing and publishing course and examination schedules
- Conducting course registration for fall and spring semesters
- Printing official transcripts
- Overseeing all aspects of the graduation ceremony, including issuing diplomas
- Maintaining the online degree audit program so that students and advisers have twenty-four/seven access to degree requirements and student course needs
