Honors Residential Community

While members of the Honors Residential Community can participate in academic activities planned with the help of the Honors Program staff and students, they also have plenty of other opportunities. Living in the Honors Residential Community means living with other first year students who have broad interests and are actively academically involved students. Being a part of this dynamic learning community means you'll have opportunities for leadership, socializing, and cultural and academic programming. On any given day you might: share a meal with faculty members; attend or form study groups sessions with other community members; participate in an intramural sports team; or enjoy off campus trips and social opportunities with faculty and staff. The Honors Residential Community is located in Myer Hall and is for incoming first year students to Elizabethtown College.

Students must be enrolled in the Honors Program to live in this community. Incoming freshman can contact Dana Mead at meaddg@etown.eduy for more information on the Honors Program.

"My experience living with the other honors kids has been phenomenal. We all bonded so well, so we have tons of fun hanging out in the lounge together. The people I am living with this year will definitely be some of my best friends as we get older."
