Alcohol and Other Drug Education
Mission
In accordance with the mission of Elizabethtown College and the mission of the Office of Residence Life, the Office of Alcohol and Other Drug Education believes in responsible decision making among students regarding the use of alcohol and other drugs. To this end, we offer different levels of prevention and education to provide support for our changing and growing student population, and we believe that through these initiatives, students will learn the necessary steps to making healthy responsible choices.
Goals
Our goal is to educate students on the risks and realities of alcohol and other drug use, help students who may have alcohol abuse problems, educate students on how to help and confront their peers who may have a problem, and provide activities, encouragement and support for students who abstain from drinking alcohol.
