Lodging Selections

Air-conditioned lodging:

Residence Halls
$32.00  Single, per person, per night                                    

$24.00  Double, per person, per night


Townhouse or Quad:
$112.00  Per night, Based on a four person occupancy

6% Occupancy Tax is charged on lodging rooms;
6% Sales Tax is charged on meals unless evidence of tax-exempt status is provided. 


Basic use of all recreational and meeting facilities is included in room rate and facility fees. Exceptions apply to areas that require extensive set-up or special hours of operation. 

Lodging is available during summer conference season from the beginning of June to the beginning of August. We are not able to offer overnight housing for outside groups during Fall, Winter, or Spring Break.

Miscellaneous Fees

Technical Staff   $40/hr

Student Technical Staff   $20/hr

Dining Fees (Through the line/cafeteria style)

Breakfast    $6.00 per person

Lunch         $9.50 per person

Dinner         $11.25 per person

Meal Charges are based on guaranteed meal count .
Banquet meals are available upon request.

Linen Rental Fees

If a group chooses to rent linen, linen is available at an additional charge of $16.00 per person, per event.
