Meeting & Conference Spaces

Elizabethtown College provides various meeting rooms ranging from private conference rooms to lecture halls.  Classrooms are also available for individual conference sessions.

                                          Leffler Chapel

Leffler Chapel opened in the fall of 1995. It was established to serve as the central place of worship for the college. The other primary function of the building is to provide a center for enriching and developing the artistic endeavors of the campus and its surrounding communities.

The Chapel supports two art galleries: the McCormick Gallery and the Lyet Gallery, two practice/recital/meeting rooms; the Performance Room and the M&M Mars Room, and the 840 seat Musser Auditorium. The spaces provide an atmosphere for students, faculty, and professionals to present their work.

The Chapel also serves as the home of the Music from Gretna Music Festival, which presents chamber music and jazz concerts year round.

   Leffler Chapel  -  M&M Mars Room


Smaller meetings can be held in the M&M Mars Room in Leffler Chapel with seating for 100 guests.  The facility rental fee for the M&M Mars Room is $300 per day.
            


                 Leffler Chapel - Performance Room

Additional rooms located in Leffler Chapel include the Performance Room, Lyet Gallery and McCormick Gallery, each with seating for approximately 50 guests, and Musser Auditorium, with seating for 840 guests.

 


       
          Brossman Commons Student Center

Located in the Brossman Commons Student Center, the Event Space opened in the Fall of 2002. The Event Space is the multipurpose facility utilized by the campus for smaller events ranging from dances and comedians to banquets and bands. The space is equipped with a state of the art sound system, stage lighting, dance lighting, and a video projection system. The space is also built to allow for quick customization for individual events as well as easy access to dining services for catered events. The facility rental fee for the Event Space is $600/per day. Technical requests are an additional fee.


                                 Student Center - Event Space

The Event Space in the Campus Student Center is a favorite location for larger group meetings and seats 350 guests.
