Application Timeline

Prior to the Spring of Junior Year

• Tours of campus are always available for interested students.

Spring of Junior Year

• Personal Tours & Interviews are available beginning in April.
• Attend an Open House (April, July, September, or November)

Summer prior to Senior Year

• Personal Tours & Interviews are available all summer long.
• Meetings with faculty, coaches, or staff require arrangements made one week in advance.
• Attend an Open House (April, July, September, or November)

Fall of Senior Year

• Be our guest for a tour, an interview, an overnight, or a classroom visit.
• Meet with Admissions, Financial Aid, Students, Faculty, Coaches, and Staff Members.
• Attend an Open House (April, July, September, or November).
• Rolling Admission review begins in mid-November.
• Apply using the Elizabethtown Online Application.
• Elizabethtown also welcomes the Common Application and the Universal Application.

Winter of Senior Year

• Be our guest for a tour, an interview, an overnight visit, or a classroom visit.
• Meet with Admissions, Financial Aid, Students, Faculty, Coaches, and Staff Members.
• Rolling Admission Continues
• Elizabethtown will deliver a decision soon after your application is complete.
  • If the application is complete by the 1st, Elizabethtown will send a decision on the 15th.
  • If the application is complete by the 15th, Elizabethtown will send a decision on the 1st.
• Scholarships are awarded to accepted students on a rolling basis beginning in January.
• Special Application Deadlines
  • Occupational Therapy Program December 15
  • 3+3 Physical Therapy Program with Jefferson December 15
  • Primary Care Program with Hershey Med December 15
  • Elizabethtown Honors Program January 15
• Begin to complete financial aid forms. (Financial Aid forms become available in January)

Spring of Senior Year

• Application Deadline is March 1.
• Financial Aid deadline is March 15.
• Financial Aid Award notification for admitted students begins March 15 and continues on a rolling basis.
• National Student Response Deadline is May 1.
• First-Year Students hoping to enter in the spring semester should apply and submit financial aid forms by December 1.
