On Tuesday, November 3rd, the film “Addicted to Plastic: The Rise and Demise of a Modern Miracle,” premieres at 7:00 p.m. This documentary, by Ian Connacher, represents three years of filming in twelve countries on five continents. The film tracks the paths of the plastics we have used every day over the past 100 years and offers practical and cutting-edge solutions for recycling, toxicity and biodegradability. The film will be introduced by Jessica Duelfer, a junior environmental science major and president of the Elizabethtown College Environmental Group.
