Student Handbook
Dear Student,
As a member of the Elizabethtown College community you enjoy access to many valuable resources ranging from academic advising and leadership development to tutoring and cultural excursions. I encourage you to take full advantage of all aspects of the Elizabethtown College living and learning environment by becoming more knowledgeable about how the College works, by meeting College employees in various offices and by offering your ideas for how to improve our programs and services.
The Student Handbook is your official introduction to important resources and your guide to Elizabethtown College policies, community standards and expectations for individual student conduct. The College Catalog is your official guide to academic programs and policies. It’s essential for you to refer to both documents before you make decisions that may affect your academic success or relationship with the College.
All students are welcome to call me at 717.361.1196 or to visit my office in BSC 208 to share new ideas, to report concerns or to request information or assistance. I look forward to talking with you.
Best wishes for a successful semester.
Marianne Calenda
Dean of Students
