How to Make an Appointment

 

•  Appointments can be made be made through a direct call to the physicians’ office by calling 
  717-361-0666, or through the College Health Liaison ( CHL) (717) 489-1021
• For your first appointment have your insurance information available 

Free Consultations

Consultations with the CHL, Eileen Wagener, RN , are available at no cost to full time students. The CHL can be reached directly at (717) 489-1021, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:00 pm.

Transportation

Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to off campus medical appointments, urgent care centers or the hospital.  If a student feels they are too ill or injured to walk to Student Health at Penn State Hershey Medical Group (PSHMG), they can contact the CHL to arrange a ride with Campus Security.

In the case of an emergency, Campus Security will call an ambulance.

 After hours: Call Campus Security (717) 361-1264 to be connected to a triage nurse. You will be able to speak to someone.
