Institutional Assessment Committee

The Institutional Assessment Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing the consolidated Institutional Assessment Plan and Report each year and for providing the Director of the Office of Research and Planning with advice on all assessment-related activities to ensure that assessment results meet internal needs and external requirements.

The Elizabethtown College Institutional Assessment Advisory Committee as of May 18, 2011 is:

Educational Assessment Committee

The primary mission of the Educational Assessment Committee (EAC) is to ensure that student learning is regularly and skillfully assessed and that the results of these assessment activities are used to strengthen educational programs and inform resource allocation across the institution. The EAC also is responsible for ensuring that the College meets the intent and the technical requirements of Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Standard 14 :   Assessment of student learning demonstrates that, at graduation, or other appropriate points; the institution’s students have knowledge, skills, and competencies consistent with institutional and appropriate higher education goals.
