Heart to Heart House
Heart to Heart House-435 College Avenue– Maple House - The Heart to Heart House encourages healthy relationships by identifying what makes relationships succeed and prosper, in order to benefit those involved in the relationships as well as those in the surrounding community. Through their work at programs at Shalom House and Bishop McDevitt High School, they promote and educate about how healthy relationships can greatly contribute to interpersonal success and self-efficacy.
