Catering and Dining Services

While you are our guest during the academic year or summer - whether for a week-long camp or a day-long conference - we'll make sure you are fed. During the summer we have two regular dining options as well as catering services.

The Marketplace, located on the second floor of the Campus Center, is our all-you-care-to-eat facility. Once you enter, you may choose any items from our service stations including The Center Plate, The Garden Stop, The Corner Grill & Deli, The Hearth and the Baker's Rack.

The Jay's Nest, on the first floor of the Campus Center, is where you can grab a quick snack or some treats to keep in your room. You will find specialty tossed salads, fresh cut fries, made-to-order grill sandwiches and cold sandwiches, large selection of bottled beverages, convenience items and more! Summer hours for the Jay's Nest are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Catering Services are also provided by our Dining Services staff. Our extensive catering menu choices include everything from coffees and pastries for a morning meeting to a full-course formal dinner.
