ITS is prepared to offer the level of support that each faculty or staff member requires to be successful with Canvas. Linda Macaulay, instructional technologist, can help with course analysis and conversion. Archived Blackboard courses can be imported into a Canvas course and Canvas courses from a previous semester can be copied into a new Canvas course. If you want course content copied for you by ITS staff, please complete this form.
We have opted to subscribe to 24/7/365 Tier 1, Premium Support with Canvas. This means that all faculty, staff, and students can contact Canvas Support directly with questions or support needs.
