Jay Fellowship Referral Program
As valued members of the Elizabethtown College community, active students and alumni can refer prospective students to the School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) — helping Etown welcome new Blue Jays while lowering the financial burden for themselves and others.
How the Jay Fellowship Works
- Submit the referral form: Complete the Jay Fellowship referral form before your referred student matriculates.
- We reach out: Our Admissions team contacts you and the referred student to learn how we can best support their career aspirations and future goals.
- Your student begins classes: The referred student enrolls and passes the drop/add period for their program.
- You both save: The referring student or alum and the referred student each receive a complimentary credit toward their chosen program or ongoing course of study — a value of up to $695!

Program Guidelines
- The Jay Fellowship referral form must be submitted prior to the referred student's matriculation in order for the credit to be awarded.
- Each referrer is eligible to receive a maximum of three free credits, the equivalent of one free course, per fiscal year. The fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30 annually.
- Credit savings are awarded once the referred student officially begins classes and has passed the drop/add period.
- Referrals are open to active Elizabethtown College students and alumni.
- Credit savings apply to the referring party's chosen program of interest or ongoing course of study.
