Turnaround Times

For standard copy jobs, the turnaround time is usually under 48 hours.  Special jobs or larger jobs (5000+ copies/prints) may require additional time to complete regardless of the time of year.  Jobs dropped off after 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day.

Due to consistently heavy workloads, there are times during the academic year that all jobs submitted may require additional time.  During those peak busy times, the realistic turnaround is 3 to 5 days.  Please plan your job accordingly especially if proof copies are required. If there is any question about the turnaround time for your job, contact Print Services. 

Some peak busy times that might affect the turnaround time of your copy job are:

• Two weeks prior to the beginning of the Fall semester
• Approximately 2 weeks after the start of the Fall semester
• Homecoming week
• 4 to 6 weeks prior to graduation day
