Each floor has a center lounge which affords students more opportunities to gather together. The building is air conditioned with window units in each room. Laundry and vending are located in the building. The main lounge has a wireless hot spot for student internet use and each room is equipped with high speed internet access. The main lounge space and community kitchen was remodeled in 2008 allowing students more space to gather, socialize and study.
