Promoting independent thinking and
scientific reasoning through a supportive
and enthusiastic learning environment.

Students learn the major bodies of work that make up the field of psychology, including child and adult development, social influences on behavior, personality organization and dynamics, neuroscience, cognition, sensation and perception, abnormal behavior, and clinical and counseling psychology.

Throughout their studies, students learn to define problems, formulate testable hypotheses, gather and analyze relevant data, and interpret results in relation to the hypothesis and other existing evidence. These are skills that enable our students to successfully enter the workforce in service or business settings or continue their education through graduate studies.
