Elizabethtown College's non-student employees who are eligible for benefits may participate in the EC benefits plan. This plan enables employees to contribute their portion of benefit premiums through payroll reduction. Within legal guidelines these premium payments are not taxable for federal income tax or social security (FICA/Medicare) purposes.

Employees select personal benefit packages each calendar year. In most cases these choices remain in effect until the next EC benefit plan year. Changes may be made only in cases of family status changes. Details are listed in employee handbooks available in Human Resources, Alpha Hall, Room 203.
