Why can't I get my messages from a phone other than my own?

In order to get your messages from a remote telephone you must specify a password from your home phone. Please refer to the create password page.

I cannot get to my voice messaging mailbox from my home phone.  How do I do this? 

In order to gain access to your mailbox from your home telephone you must notify the system administrator so that your mailbox can be reset. We apologize for the inconvenience but will rectify the situation shortly. You can reach the system administrator via the feedback form.
