Finishing
A variety of options are available for finishing documents including paper cutting, folding, hole punching, booklet making, padding, and binding.

Paper Cutting 
Can be done on Copy Services' electric paper cutter. Non-standard sized finished documents such as postcards, bookmarks and tickets can be cut. There is no charge for this services.

Folding 
Options for letters and brochures include letter "C", zig zag, half, double parallel, gate, or fold out. Non-standard size paper can be folded; please check with operator about sizes and folds for non-standard paper. There is no charge for this service.

Hole Punching 
Is done using an electric drill press that punches one hole at a time. So whether you need one hole drilled or three for a three-ring binder or several holes, it is all possible using this machine. There is no charge for this service.

Padding 
Is used to apply light strength glue to one edge of a stack of paper. It is most often used to fuse carbonless paper together or regular paper to make pads. We encourage recycling used single sided copy paper to be made into tablets. There is a small charge if Copy Services personalizes your tablets otherwise there is no charge for padding.

Booklet Making 
Is used to affix staples to the folded edge of a multiple page document. It is most commonly used to create programs or directories. With the acquisition of the Minolta DI 650 copier we now have two methods of creating your booklet. Contact Copy Services to discuss the best method for creating your booklet or directory. There is no charge for this service.

Collating and Stapling 
Can be done using our copier or the collating machine. There is no charge for this service.

Spiral Binding 
Spiral binding using plastic or wire combs is a method of fastening together pages to create a professional looking document. Plastic combs allow easy addition or removal of pages whereas wire binding is permanent. Clear plastic covers can be added for additional protection or to add to the professional look of your document. There is a small charge for this service.
