Communications Minor

A minor in communications is offered to students majoring in otherdepartments. The minor permits a student to reach a level of competencyin written, spoken, and visual communications to complement theirprimary area of preparation. The 24 credits required for a minor incommunications include Communications 120, 125, two of 211, 220, and 230, and two additional communications electives from Communications 210, 248, 251, 252, 301, 304, 316, 333, 336, 348, 351, 358, 370, 408, 412, 422, 424, and 426. One elective is from the 200 level and onecourse elected at the 300-400 level, only one of which may be aproduction course.
