Communications Minor: A minor in communications is offered to students majoring in other departments. The minor permits a student to reach a level of competency in written, spoken, and visual communications to complement their primary area of preparation. The 24 credits required for a minor in communications include Communications 120, 125, two of 211, 220, and 230, and two additional communications electives from Communications 210, 248, 251, 252, 301, 304, 316, 333, 336, 348, 351, 358, 370, 408, 412, 422, 424, and 426. One elective is from the 200 level and one course elected at the 300-400 level, only one of which may be a production course.
