Dr. Tamara Gillis, professor of communications, advises the student IABC chapter (IABC/Elizabethtown). She teaches public relations, organizational communication, journalism, and communication research courses. Her research interests include change management communication as an organizational cultural artifact, public art as communication. Her most
recent work includes The Handbook of Organizational Communication and its companion instructor¹s manual, published by Jossey-Bass in 2006, The Human Element published by IABC Knowledge Centre in 2008 and Essentials of Employee Communication in 2008. |
