The forms are organized according to three main categories: Prospective Students, Returning Students, and Continuing Education Students. Incoming freshmen and transfer students should use the Prospective Student forms. Current Elizabethtown College students should use the Returning Student forms. ALL Continuing Education Students (new or returning) should use the Continuing Education Student forms. Please be sure to select the proper academic year.
