Self Help Kits are available in every Residence Assistant office and Security for your 24 hour availability. These kits are free and contain the following:
Flu Kit:
- Acetaminophen (extra strength tylenol)
- Tissues
- Gatorade
- Mask
- Hand sanitizer
- Flu information
Cold Kit:
- Multi-symptom cold medicine (non-drowsy)
- Multi-symptom cold medicine (nighttime)
- Anesthetic lozenges (numb throat)
- cough drops
- Antihistamine (Benadryl)
- Specific care instructions for usage
Nausea and Vomiting and Diarrhea:
- Broth
- Gatorade
- Fluid Card
- Specific care instructions for each topic
Bee Sting Kit:
- Medicaine swab
- Benadryl
- Chlorpheniramine
- Specific care instructions for usage
Pain Relief Kit:
- Acetaminophen (Extra-Strength Tylenol)
- Ibuprofen
- Specific instructions for usage
