Claim forms are available at the Health Center and online @ www.bollingerinsurance.com/elizabethtown. Individual policies
Health Services does not bill individual health insurances. Bills incurred at the Health Center can be paid by cash, check or charged to the student's account. An itemized receipt is given to the student which can be submitted to the individual insurance company for reimbursement where applicable.
Many policies require a referral from the Primary Care Physician. It is important to know wht your procedure for care is, before coming to college.
Those who have a drug plan can call the local pharmacy that delivers to the college to register their insurance plan with them. Any prescriptions generated there would be billed to the student at their copay rate. Delivery is done free of charge. The pharmacy is Sloan's Pharmacy with the phone of (717) 653-6888.
