To configure your laptop for wireless access:

If users have difficulties accessing wireless after they have changed their network password, XP users should use this tool to clear the password saved on their computer -- http://update.etown.edu/HelpdeskTech/wireless.exe

Vista users, under ETOWN_USER, Properties, Security, should uncheck Cache user information for subsequent connections to this network and under Settings - Protected EAP (PEAP), uncheck Enable Fast Reconnect.

High Library users not affiliated with the College can access the Library wireless network using a
Guest log-in.  This log-in will not allow printing.  Passwords can be obtained from library staff or from the ITS helpdesk, x3333
