Faculty/Staff Computer Helpdesk
The Faculty/Staff Computer Help Desk is available to answer questions, resolve problems, and provide information about the information technology in academic buildings for faculty and staff on campus. This organization has been designed to be the main point of contact and the central source to receive help with faculty/staff computing at Elizabethtown College.
Our office is located in Nicarry Hall, Room 108. Client Services can be reached by telephone at ext. 3333 (717-361-3333) or via e-mail at helpdesk@etown.edu. The staff is able to assist in troubleshooting problems with computer registration (including updates), internet/network connectivity, password and account issues, as well as assistance with supported software.
Support is also offered for academic classrooms, including technology-enabled classrooms, as well as Media Services requests for academia. Furthermore, software training is available from Client Services.
The Faculty/Staff Computer Help Desk is staffed according to the following schedule and voicemails may be left 24 hours a day.
