Equipment Reservations

Check the classroom listing for permanently installed equipment.

If you need to borrow a piece of equipment that is not already available in the classroom, coordinate reservations and delivery of your presentation technology needs with Media Services via email: mediaservices@etown.edu. Include the following information:

Date of your reservation
Start and end time
Location of class or event
Equipment needed
Any special instructions or considerations

All requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event. When you request is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
