Mock Trial Club

The Mock Trial Club gives students an opportunity to see how a court case is prepared and litigated. Real world cases are discussed and the strategy and tactics of how a case is litigated are explored. The club's focus is on practical aspects of litigation as well as evidentiary rules. Students are encouraged to participate in examination of witnesses and case preparation. Students meet to prepare cases for regional and national competition.
