Lindsay Anthony '04

lindsay anthonyFollowing graduation from Elizabethtown College, Lindsay Anthony moved to New York City to pursue her public relations career. She later spent three years working in London before returning the the Big Apple. Today she is vice president at the public relations firm Edelman, where she is involved in providing clients with planning and strategic counsel, media relations, celebrity negotiation, issues management, key opinion leader development and advocacy relations, internal motivation and media strategy campaigns.

Lindsay’s career has included supervising the development and execution of communication programs for blue chip clients in U.S., U.K. and Europe including, eBay, AOL, Pepsi, GE, Nike, UPS, Toys R Us, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Wyeth, P&G, Schering-Plough, Church & Dwight Co., to name a few. Most recently Lindsay was the team leader of Edelman’s award winning public relations and social media programs: the Pepsi Refresh Project and GE’s Healthymagination, which included the 2010 PR Campaign of the Year. In addition, Lindsay has worked in partnership with celebrities, athletes, and third party organizations to draw awareness to client campaigns and generate media news which includes everything from the New York Times to E! News.

Lindsay is a 30 under 30 Global Sharper with the World Economic Forum and serves as a young executive board member of Behind the Book.
