Founded in 1899, Elizabethtown College is a selective private, residential co-ed college of 1900 students pursuing degrees in liberal arts, fine and performing arts, science and engineering, business, communications and education. Located on 200 acres in southern Pennsylvania, the campus is near Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Philadelphia, rich with cultural, athletic, community and social opportunities.
The hallmarks of an Elizabethtown education are academic rigor, high expectations and excellence. Students grow and develop a distinct global awareness through campus events and programs, the Center for Global Citizenship, the Ware Series on Peacemaking and Social Justice and a popular Study Abroad program.

Elizabethtown College is a member of the NCAA Division III athletics with 20 competitive teams.
