As Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Secretary to the Board of Trustees, David is responsible for overseeing the Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Major Giving, Gift Planning, Foundation and Government Relations, The High Center for Family Business, Community Relations, and Church Relations at Elizabethtown College. He works extensively with the Board of Trustees, Leadership Council, Alumni and Parents Councils to advance the engagement with all constituencies including alumni, parents, and friends. David holds a BA and MEd from Lehigh University and Post Graduate Certificates from the Management Development Program and the Institute of Educational Management at Harvard University, Graduate School of Education. He has served in the advancement field for 25 years in various roles at Elizabethtown College, Lehigh University, Lafayette College and Franklin and Marshall College. David remains actively engaged supporting organizations within our community including his service on the Fulton Theater Board of Trustees, etc.

Mark serves as the Executive Director of College Engagement Opportunities at Elizabethtown College. A 1996 graduate of the College, he provides leadership for programs that support ever-increasing levels of relationship and involvement between the College and members of its greater community. In addition to guiding the annual giving operation, he also directs the Office of Alumni Relations and serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Elizabethtown College Alumni Association.

Caroline is the liaison for the College with our local community and is responsible for overseeing large institutional events, such as Commencement, Convocation, the President's Dinner, Endowed lectureships, and Inaugurals to name a few. By serving on local boards and committees, she establishes, maintains, and enhances positive relationships with the Greater Elizabethtown community, our campus neighbors and local elected officials. Additionally she advises the college administration of community affairs and developments relevant to the College.
