Use the ITS website for 24/7 technology help. Here you can find links to other helpful resources, such as the Knowledgebase and Blog.
Look for the posted schedule for the wireless “party” in the High Library and dorm visits during the first couple of weeks of the semester.
You can contact the Helpdesk at helpdesk@etown.edu or 717-361-3333. Walk-in help is available after the first week of classes, Tuesday, September 3. Assistance that takes longer than 15 minutes will require a diagnostic appointment. The Helpdesk is located in Nicarry 108.
