Frequently Asked Questions

How much time must I invest?

That is completely up to you - there will be events that you can attend to build your network and knowledge; however, there are no required events.  Therefore, the amount of time that you commit to this program is completely up to you and can change from semester to semester. We hope that students will understand the importance of investing time to create lasting connections with faculty, staff, and students.

What will I do?

You will build your network of peers, faculty, and staff who are passionate about being leaders for change.  You will set goals for your time at Elizabethtown and beyond; you will be supported and challenged by your peers.  You will think about your vocation and how it relates to ethical leadership and service, and you will put your plan into action.

What will I get?

Undergraduate fellows are invited to participate; therefore, this is a selective program.  You will have the unique opportunity to join with other high-achieving students to discover ways to live and lead that will change the world while offering peer challenge and support.

How is this different from the Called to Lead program?

Called to Lead is a leadership development program that is open to all students - anyone can participate in Called to Lead.  Undergraduate fellows are selected and must be invited to participate. As an undergraduate fellow, you may also participate in Called to Lead if you wish.
